Marriott Rivercenter - Headquarters Hotel

The Organizing Committee has secured a special rate at the Marriott for a large block of rooms. Once this block is filled, there are no other rooms available at Headquarters Hotel. The meeting has guaranteed occupancy of the room block, so the success of the meeting is dependent on the majority of attendees staying at the Headquarters Hotel. You will find that it is most convenient to be located at the Marriott Rivercenter and that it is an exceptional hotel. San Antonio is a convention city and October is peak season. It is common for all downtown area hotels to be filled well in advance. There will be other large meetings at the Convention Center during our meeting that will compete for all available hotel space. Please make your hotel reservations early.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. This deposit may be held by the hotel if you fail to arrive at your accommodation by 18:00 hrs on the date expected. It is recommended that you carry the hotel telephone number when you travel so you can advise them if you are delayed by late flights.
